Eligible Balance
Only Staked Coins (Coins obtained through TON deposits and gameplay winnings derived from those deposits) are eligible for withdrawal.
Unstaked Coins, including promotional rewards, bonus credits, referral rewards, giveaways, cashback, administrative credits, or any other Coins issued directly by TokenXGames, are not eligible for withdrawal unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Withdrawal Process
Connect a supported TON wallet to your TokenXGames account.
Convert your eligible Coin balance back into TON.
Submit a withdrawal request through the platform.
The approved amount will be transferred to your connected wallet.
All withdrawals are sent only to the wallet currently connected to the user's account.
Processing Time
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 6 to 24 hours after submission.
Security Review
To protect users and maintain platform integrity, TokenXGames may review withdrawal requests before processing. Additional verification may be required if suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity is detected.
Withdrawal Restrictions
